5 Points Art Gallery & Studios hosts its first wearable arts fashion show, entitled, This Is America “The Stitching”, a spin-off to its current This Is America group visual arts exhibition.

This exclusive virtual fashion show features more than 30 original designs by 18 artists of color, boldly demonstrating their stitching together of America and ingenuity, as they've creatively converted 2-D visual arts, found objects and more into wearable couture. From unique accessories to full costume, both collaboratively and independently created, the breadth of works will surely be impressive.

Broadcasting via Zoom with links provided upon ticket purchase, this pre-recorded fashion show will also include artist snapshots, behind-the-scenes model footage, highlights from the visual arts exhibition, and an intro music performance by Kareem City.
